We ship to all countries of the European Union (EU).

Shipping within Germany costs €6.90 including VAT – regardless of the order value and weight.

Shipping within Germany takes approximately 3 to 4 business days during off-season. During peak season, we ship faster.

All shipments outside of Germany currently have a delivery time of approximately 3–5 business days. (However, it can always be faster—we'll do our best for you.)

As soon as your order is on its way to you, you will receive a separate email with the shipment details so that you can track your package from that point on.

Express shipping:
This is generally possible—please send us a note in your order or an additional email. We'll then clarify everything and get it started.

Prepayment and credit card
We accept payments in advance and by credit card.

PayPal
If you pay with PayPal, you will be redirected directly to PayPal at the end of the ordering process.
If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in there with your user data and make the payment.
If you don't have a PayPal account yet, you can log in as a guest or open a new account and then confirm the payment.
Please note that by doing so you agree to PayPal’s terms and conditions and therefore accept PayPal’s processes.

Klarna
Klarna is one of the world's leading payment providers and a licensed bank that offers secure and flexible payment options.
You can manage your payment with Klarna directly in the Klarna app.
If you need help with your payment or have any questions, please contact Klarna customer service directly.

Klarna purchase on account
With Klarna Pay Later, you have the option to pay 30 days after your order has been shipped.
You can try on the items in the comfort of your own home and only pay for what you want to keep.
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from Klarna with all payment information.

Klarna instant bank transfer
First select your country and then your bank where you want to make the transfer.
You will be automatically redirected to Klarna's secure payment page and log in with your online banking details.
You then enter a TAN for confirmation. All information is transmitted encrypted.

Klarna installment purchase
If you want to split your payment into installments, you can spread the costs over up to 24 months.
You can adjust the payment plan directly in the Klarna app.
After your purchase, you will receive all further information about installment payments from Klarna.

Return online orders
You have the option of returning the goods to us within 14 days of receiving them.
You can also find all information on the subject of cancellation in our terms and conditions.

The payment method used to pay for your order will always be used.
If you wish to return your shipment or parts of it, please adhere strictly to the 14-day return period.
Please return the package to us at your own expense – preferably in the original packaging and adequately insured.

Please fill out the enclosed return form completely.
It is important to provide the order number, name, reason for return and, if applicable, account details – depending on the payment method.

In the event of a complaint or incorrect shipment, we will of course cover the return shipping costs.

In case of a return, we ask you to ensure that the items are in perfect condition.
Please return the goods to us in their original condition.

Please note the following return conditions:
– The items must be unworn and unwashed.
– The return tape must be intact and attached to the item.
– There must be no stains or odors (e.g. deodorant, make-up or perfume).
– Labels, tags or other components must not be removed or cut out.

All returns will be carefully inspected according to these guidelines.
In case of deterioration of the items (e.g. due to soiling or damage), we reserve the right to refuse return or, if necessary, to claim compensation for the value.

Return in store
Returns in store are generally possible , but not during the high season from August 1st to October 15th .
If possible, please announce the return in advance.

Even when returning items to the store, the return form must be fully completed and brought with you.
Please dispose of packaging materials yourself.

Please note: If the above criteria are not met, returns cannot be made in store .
The goods will be inspected in-store according to the exact same guidelines. You will receive a copy of your return form as confirmation.

Important note for purchases in the store
Returns for purchases in the store are to be considered separately – separate guidelines apply here.
There is no statutory 14-day right of return . (A corresponding notice is posted at our checkout.)

However, we will be happy to refund you in the form of a voucher .
You have the option to exchange your purchase in its original condition within 5 working days .

Exchanges will only be accepted upon presentation of the receipt . After inspecting the goods, we will issue you a personalized voucher for the corresponding amount.
This voucher is valid for 2 years and cannot be redeemed for cash .

refund
Please note: Refunds will always be made via the original payment method and may take up to 14 days .

If you pay in advance , please be sure to include your account details on the return form.
Without this information, we cannot issue a refund at this time, as we do not have access to your bank details .

Important information about the processing fee
From now on we will charge a processing fee of €2.99 for complete returns.
This amount will be automatically deducted from the refund amount upon refund, regardless of the payment method chosen.

For your upgrade to an even more individual dirndl look, we offer “ ONLY ” custom-made individual aprons!

We would be happy to ask the sewing room about the available fabric for you.

However, custom-made items always include a surcharge for individual sample production and shipping.

This is calculated in advance and presented as an offer.

In case of a complaint, please use the enclosed return slip in your package.
There you can note that the item has a defect – we will be happy to replace it or refund you.

In the event of a complaint, we would also be pleased to receive a short email with photos of the defective item to our customer service.
This will help us to continually improve our product quality.

At the same time, we can issue you a return label so that you do not incur any return costs .

Is your size sold out?
Have you fallen in love with a dirndl, but your size is already sold out or the model is no longer available?

Then sign up for our “Back in Stock” notification via email .
This way you will be the first to know as soon as your size or desired model is available again.

Our collections are deliberately produced in small, limited quantities – re-production is therefore generally not planned .

We therefore recommend that you do not wait too long once you have found your favorite piece!

Fit & size advice

To ensure that your dirndl fits properly and avoids unsightly wrinkles, it should fit snugly around the bodice.
If you are between two sizes, we always recommend the smaller size .

Our size chart will help you find the right size for our dirndls.
Since every figure is individual, all of our JAN&INA traditional dirndls are easy to alter and can be adjusted by up to two sizes thanks to sufficient seam allowance in the bodice.

Our dirndl blouses run true to size. We also recommend checking the size guide on the product page .

Our jackets and blazers for women also fit true to size.

Our popular cardigans run a little smaller as they are designed as slim-fitting dirndl jackets .
If you have a larger bust or want to wear the jacket more loosely or combine it with jeans , please choose a size larger .
However, knitwear also gives way a little over time.

Gentlemen – this is what you should consider

When buying your leather trousers you should make sure that they fit tightly .
Leather is a natural product and adapts to your body when worn – it expands by up to one clothing size .

You can check our size chart to find the right size for you.
In addition, we always provide an individual size tip on the respective product page if there are special requirements.

Our shirts, vests and jackets for men are cut slim fit .
This means: The fit is figure-hugging, modern and close to the body.
Here, too, you can use the size chart to determine your correct size.

Care instructions

In each of our models you will find care instructions as a sewn-in care label – and of course also online in the item description .
If you're unsure how best to care for your favorite piece, please contact us directly. We're always here to help.

Our dirndls are lovingly handcrafted from high-quality materials such as velvet, linen and fine cotton .
To ensure they stay beautiful for a long time, we recommend that you only have them professionally cleaned .

A little tip from experience:
Shoulder bags with chain straps or rough surfaces (e.g. raffia bags) can damage delicate fabrics on bodices, skirts or aprons due to friction.
Please therefore pay attention to gentle combinations when wearing your favorite dirndls.
